For over eight years we have given founders, freelancers, online shops and international companies a real, legally valid business address (ladungsfähige Geschäftsadresse) that is accepted by the Austrian Firmenbuch, valid for the Impressum and recognised by banks across the EU.
We are looking for an Office Manager to be the friendly, reliable heart of our first district office and the person who keeps our mail handling and scan service running smoothly every business day.
What you will do
- Receive, sort and process incoming business mail for our customers on every working day
- Scan letters and upload them GDPR compliant to our customers' online mailboxes
- Handle mail forwarding and package acceptance
- Welcome visitors and answer calls in German and English
- Support customer onboarding, contracts and the Firmenbuch consent declarations
- Keep the office at Seitenstettengasse 5 organised and representative
What you bring
- Fluent German and good English, written and spoken
- A reliable, detail oriented and discreet way of working, since you handle sensitive business mail
- A warm, service oriented manner with customers and partners
- Comfort with digital tools such as scanning, online mailboxes and a simple CRM
- Ideally first experience in office management, reception or customer service
