Role & Responsibilities

As an Admission Counselor Intern, you will be the front face of our admissions team. Your core objective is to counsel parents and drive student enrollment using a consultative, value-first approach.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Direct Outbound Calling (D2C): Connect directly with parents over the phone to introduce Dexlabs AI Education and explain the value of our diagnostic AI Assessment Test.
• Educational Counseling: Understand parental aspirations and anxieties regarding their child's future, guiding them toward the importance of early AI education.
• Driving Test Bookings: Persuade parents to register their children for our proprietary AI Assessment Test.
• Post-Test Consultation & Sales: Analyze the student's test results, offer performance-based discounts on our premium products, and pitch opportunities for direct admission to our pioneering AI School program.
• Workshop Promotion: Invite and secure parent registrations for our exclusive training workshop: AI Training in Dabble School.
• Lead Management: Diligently maintain records of daily call logs, follow-up schedules, and conversion pipelines in our CRM system.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (proficiency in regional languages is a major advantage).
• Persuasive Capability: A natural ability to build rapport, handle objections with empathy, and close deals over phone calls.
• Goal-Oriented: Highly self-motivated, comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment, and capable of handling rejections resiliently.
• Tech-Savvy: Curiosity and excitement about Artificial Intelligence and technology so you can speak passionately about our offering.
• Education: Open to final-year students, recent graduates, or MBA aspirants eager to gain hands-on, high-volume D2C sales experience.
