Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer

HeyAI Technologies is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer in Hyderabad to own and execute marketing for HeyAI as we prepare to bring the product to market. This role is ideal for someone who can work across strategy and execution, turning product value into clear messaging, campaigns, content, and demand generation.

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day marketing execution for HeyAI across product marketing, growth, content, social, and campaign channels.
• Build clear positioning and messaging that explains HeyAI's value to target users and customers.
• Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns before and after product launch.
• Create and coordinate website copy, landing pages, social posts, email campaigns, product collateral, case-study style content, and launch material.
• Work with founders/product/engineering to understand features, customer pain points, and product differentiation.
• Drive awareness, qualified leads, and early customer interest through practical marketing experiments.
• Track campaign performance, analyze what is working, and improve messaging and channels over time.
• Coordinate with designers, freelancers, agencies, or internal contributors when needed, while staying accountable for outcomes.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, B2B software, startups, or technology products.
• Strong writing, positioning, campaign execution, and content planning skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, SEO basics, email marketing, landing pages, and lead generation.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where one person owns multiple marketing functions.
• Ability to understand a technical/AI product and translate it into simple customer-facing messaging.
• Data-aware mindset with the ability to track results and improve campaigns.
• Must be based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and available for an in-office role.

Compensation:

• Up to INR 6,00,000 annual CTC, equivalent to INR 50,000 per month.
