We're looking for a Marketing Manager (Head of Marketing, Social Media & PR) to lead our marketing strategy, brand presence, content, PR, and demand generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SwarmLens and AssureLens
✅ Own content and social media strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
✅ Build thought leadership around Agentic AI, automation, and industry intelligence
✅ Manage PR activities, media relations, and company announcements
✅ Drive demand generation and ABM campaigns to support sales growth
✅ Track performance and optimize marketing ROI

What We're Looking For

✔ 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in a lead/senior role
✔ Experience in startups, SaaS, AI, technology, or industrial sectors
✔ Strong content writing, social media, and storytelling skills
✔ Hands-on experience with PR, media outreach, and demand generation
✔ Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar), Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
✔ Commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline and business growth
