T H E R O L E
As an Impact Leader, you own delivery from discovery to hypercare. You are the primary accountable for client outcomes - not just on-time and on-budget, but measurable business impact. You architect solutions grounded in the client's real landscape, build trust with senior stakeholders, and set a high bar for every engagement you touch.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant client-facing responsibility. You will work directly with Nablon's founders and engineering leads on our most complex engagements.

W H A T Y O U W I L L O W N

– End-to-end engagement delivery: discovery, solution design, build oversight, go-live, and hypercare.
You hold the outcome, not just the plan.
– Solution architecture grounded in the client's actual landscape - systems of record, data and
integration layers, identity and access, and how agentic components operate safely inside production.
– Program governance: delivery plan, risk register, dependency management, and the working cadence
with client counterparts. You run the program, not just the status meeting.
– Project evaluation: lock baselines and success metrics at the start so impact is measurable and
defensible at the end.
– Client relationship: trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, single owner of scope and expectations, and the escalation point when issues arise.

M U S T H A V E
– 6–10 years in enterprise solution delivery. At least one complete end-to-end implementation as lead.
– Proven delivery of enterprise software, data, or integration projects in a lead or senior-contributor
capacity. You have shipped things that are still running.
– Working solution-architecture skills across integration, data, and at least one system of record. SAP
experience is a strong plus.
– Solid project-management discipline: planning, dependency tracking, risk management, and
stakeholder communication that scales to Fortune 500 complexity.
– Comfortable with AI and data platforms. Genuine appetite to go deep on agentic systems — you are
curious, not just familiar.
– Clear, credible communication with both engineers and senior client stakeholders. You can shift
registers without losing substance.

– Domain experience in supply chain, order-to-cash, or ERP-adjacent processes.
– Consulting or client-delivery background in a Fortune 500 environment.
– Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, or enterprise AI deployments.
