Technical Program Manager – AI-First Operator Helios Innovations LLC (on behalf of client) • Phoenix, AZ • Full-Time, On-Site • $160K–$200K + Equity (Clone)

Our client is a venture-backed energy tech company commercializing modular power systems for AI load centers, construction, and grid-edge infrastructure. They're transitioning from early-stage startup to a multi-product hardware company shipping at commercial volume and this role sits at the center of making that happen.

The role isn't traditional TPM. You won't be chasing status updates or maintaining spreadsheets that go stale in a week. You'll be the operational spine of a hardware engineering org running three concurrent product lines, and your primary lever is AI tooling.

What you'll own:
→ Program planning and roadmap execution across the full hardware portfolio
→ Engineering operating cadence — standups, cross-functional reviews, integrated demos
→ AI-powered dashboards pulling live from Asana and Microsoft 365
→ Automated meeting summaries, status reporting, risk registers, and documentation
→ Building and rolling out LLM workflows the entire engineering team can use

You're a fit if you:
→ Have 6–10 years of hardware TPM experience through DVT, NPI, and production
→ Are technically fluent in electrical, mechanical, embedded systems, or controls
→ Use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent AI tools every single day
→ Have built automated workflows and dashboards, not just used them
→ Are based in or relocating to Phoenix, AZ (on-site, non-negotiable)
