What to Expect
We are looking for a Founding Community & Growth Partner to help us grow from our earliest users into a trusted global brand for families.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We are not looking for someone to simply schedule social media posts or run advertising campaigns.
We are looking for someone who can build trust, relationships, communities, and momentum from the ground up.
You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in shaping how KiBi reaches and serves families around the world.
About KiBi
- Visit our website and spend a few minutes understanding what we're building and why.
- Read through our manifesto and decide whether our mission, stage, and way of working genuinely resonate with you.
What You'll Do
Community Growth
Build and engage parent communities online and offline
Identify and connect with relevant family, parenting, travel, and local community groups
Develop ambassador and referral initiatives
Help create meaningful conversations between families and KiBi
Partnerships
Build relationships with schools, childcare centres, parent organisations, family-focused businesses, and community groups
Explore strategic partnerships that help KiBi reach more families
Develop and manage outreach campaigns
Waitlist Growth
Grow KiBi's user waitlist
Create and execute creative growth initiatives
Identify low-cost and organic growth opportunities
Measure and improve conversion performance
Content & Brand
Contribute ideas for social content, stories, newsletters, and campaigns
Help communicate KiBi's mission in a way that resonates with parents
Work with the founders to strengthen brand awareness and trust
Early Growth Strategy
Test new channels and growth experiments
Help identify what works and what doesn't
Contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
- Have experience building or managing communities
- Enjoy meeting people and creating relationships
- Can work independently without constant direction
- Are proactive and resourceful
- Care about solving meaningful problems for families
- Think in terms of outcomes, not just activities
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked in startups before
- Have experience in community building, partnerships, growth, or marketing
- Have experience working with parents, schools, or family-focused organisations
- Have grown a social audience, newsletter, community, or waitlist
- Are a parent yourself
You ProbablyWon't Enjoy This Role If
- You need a highly structured corporate environment
- You prefer being given tasks rather than creating opportunities
- You are primarily interested in running paid advertising campaigns
- You are uncomfortable with uncertainty and experimentation
- You are looking for an immediate salary
What You'll Get
- Meaningful equity
- Direct access to founders and company strategy
- Real responsibility and autonomy
- A chance to help shape a company from the ground up
- The opportunity to grow into a future leadership role
- The ability to make a genuine impact on how families make decisions
