Junior Analyst

What you'll do:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders across the business, turning vague asks into clear, scoped briefs before touching any data
• Develop, document and maintain robust processes and playbooks that the whole team can use, not just you
• Turn analysis into clear, actionable insights and simple stories for non-technical audiences, in writing and in conversation
• Write SQL queries to pull, combine and clean data for analysis, reporting and prototypes
• Source, clean, normalise and structure data so it's ready for analysis, dashboarding or handover to engineering
• Build and maintain internal dashboards and reports that support teams across the business
• Spot and resolve data quality issues — missing values, duplicates, formatting anomalies — before they reach a stakeholder
• Help replace manual processes with more automated, query-driven workflows
