Location: Remote
Working Hours: 7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST (9 hours including breaks)
Compensation: ₹20,000 INR per month during the 90-day probation period, with an increase to ₹35,000 INR per month upon successful completion of probation and achievement of performance expectations.

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager who is experienced in AI-powered content creation, social media growth, and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI tools to create high-performing content while managing and scaling social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos using AI tools.
Research trending content, hashtags, and audience interests.
Develop and maintain a content calendar.
Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Track campaign performance and provide weekly reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the team to execute growth and marketing strategies.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in Social Media Management.
Strong understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
Experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
Excellent communication and content writing abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with startups, agencies, or AI-related businesses.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
Experience using social media scheduling and automation tools.

Compensation:

Starting salary: ₹20,000 INR per month
Probation period: 90 days
Performance reviews will be conducted at 30, 60, and 90 days
Candidates who successfully clear all probation milestones and consistently meet or exceed expectations will receive a salary increase to ₹35,000 INR per month
Continued employment is subject to successful completion of the probation period
