Meta Ads Specialist (Fully Remote)

Location: Remote | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

We are looking for an Expert-Level Meta Ads Specialist with a strong background in Ecommerce Retail. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of launching, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns that drive revenue growth and high ROAS. You must be able to present a portfolio with measurable results and case studies.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for Ecommerce brands
• Conduct market, product, audience, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Build and optimize funnels using data-driven testing, including A/B testing and performance analysis
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
• Manage campaign performance, budgets, and scaling strategies to maximize ROAS
• Execute email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and Twilio
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable performance insights
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-budget Meta ads for Ecommerce brands
• Strong portfolio with case studies, ROAS, and sales impact
• Deep understanding of funnels, CRO, and customer journey optimization
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking tools
• Experience with Klaviyo and Twilio for lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
