We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Client Acquisition specialist based in the USA to help expand our client base for IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities in the USA market.
• Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, Upwork, email and networking.
• Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.
• Meet monthly revenue and lead generation targets.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in IT services or software development services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of proposal writing and estimation processes.
• Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
