Growth & Community Manager- Mobile App

We are building a community driven mobile application https://work-networks.com/ (similar to viral growth models of sweetcoin/Pi Networks). We are seeking a highly innovative growth and community manager who acts like an owner, not just an employee. This role starts as a part time paid trial. As the system and user base grow, this position will transition into full- time core role with an opportunity for a long term equity/revenue partnership.
What we are looking for:
Owner Mentality- you treat the app's growth as your own business, you are self driven and do not need micro management.
High Innovation- you do not just post on social media, you launch viral referral loops, design creative memes, host interactive events and test unconventional growth hacks.
Community Builder and team leader: Experience building and managing highly active, massive global communities on Discord, Telegram and Reddit. Ability to recruit, train and manage decentralized team of volunteers moderators, content creators and regional community ambassadors as the app grows.
Flexibility: Willingness to start part time, scale to full time as project succeeds and travel internationally in the future if required for team alignment or major tech events. Also willing to approach and travel to university/college and tech networks to kickstart vial growth.

Compensation:
initial phase: Weekly or monthly salary for part time work.
Growth Phase: Transition to full time salary
