SEO & Content Writer Intern

About the role

We're a growing web agency looking for an SEO Content Writer Intern to help us increase our online visibility through high-quality content.

You will work directly with the founder to research topics, identify keyword opportunities, and create blog content that helps attract potential clients.

This role is ideal for students or early-career marketers interested in SEO, content marketing, and digital growth.

Responsibilities

• Research keywords and content opportunities
• Create blog outlines and content briefs
• Write SEO articles optimized for both Google + AI search
• Optimize article titles, headings, and meta descriptions
• Research industry trends and competitor content
• Suggest internal linking opportunities
• Help develop a content calendar/content briefs
• Use AI tools to improve content creation workflows

Requirements

• Strong written English or French
• Interest in SEO and content marketing
• Good research skills
• Ability to write clear and engaging content
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Familiarity with AI writing tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts is a plus

Nice to Have

• Previous blogging experience
• Knowledge of keyword research tools
• Experience creating content for websites or social media
