Job Responsibilities
- Be an excellent brand ambassador for The Smart Series at our showroom and trade shows
- Resolve customer enquiries and issues with tailored sales solutions
- Recommend and support business improvement initiatives to drive sales growth along the online-to-offline customer journey
- Other ad-hoc tasks to support business expansion
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification
- 1 year of relevant experience in a related industry (advantageous)
- Ability to quickly build relationships and present excellent product knowledge
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to client/customer needs
- Good time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Languages: English & Malay
What We Offer
- Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
- Commission: 1% of total monthly sales
- 5-day work week (includes Saturday & Sunday, with 2 weekdays off)
- Working hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
