The Mission
Most people have never had a complete record of their own skin — mapped in full, reviewed by a board-certified dermatologist, and tracked year over year. SkinBit is fixing that. We're a membership-based clinical skin-screening service: members visit a SkinBit clinic, get a high-resolution record of their skin captured in full, and receive a thorough review from board-certified dermatologists who flag everything worth watching. Think Prenuvo or Function Health, built for your skin. The category is early and the market has no clear leader yet.

The Role
This is one of SkinBit's founding leadership hires, meaningful equity, direct access to the founders, and full ownership of the operations function.

SkinBit deploys in two models simultaneously: company-owned clinics and partner colocations embedded inside partner facilities. The VP of Operations builds the playbook that makes both repeatable and scalable. There is no playbook to inherit. You build it, own it, and scale it across a growing clinic network.

Los Angeles-based. Frequent travel to clinic and partner sites is expected.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end deployment playbook for company-owned clinics and partner colocations
• Site selection, buildout coordination, and launch execution across all locations
• Distributed front-line clinical support teams — hired, onboarded, and managed by you
• Consistent member experience from location one to location forty
• Operational metrics and reporting infrastructure, built from scratch
• Vendor and partner relationships across the full clinic network
• Direct input into every strategic decision where operational reality shapes outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in multi-site healthcare operations, with a demonstrable track record of personally leading physical location rollouts — retail health, diagnostics, membership health, or comparable
• Built a multi-site deployment playbook from scratch — not inherited one
• Hired and managed distributed front-line clinical teams across geographies
• Operational fluency in early-stage environments — you build structure where none exists
• Los Angeles-based or ready to relocate; frequent travel is the job, not an exception
