Full Stack Mern Developer

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Full Stack Engineer. The Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Candidates must demonstrate independent coding ability. Generative AI tools, AI coding assistants, and vibe-coding tools are not permitted during coding interview rounds. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, ensure efficient system performance, and troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues. This role also involves optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability while following best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications
Experience with Back-End Web Development, including server-side programming, APIs and database management
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including JavaScript & Reactjs frameworks
Strong foundation in Software Development and Full-Stack Development
Ability to write, optimize, and debug code
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Experience with cloud platforms
Bachelor's Engineering or Masters degree in Computer Science with equivalent practical experience
