We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst / Business Analyst with strong Mortgage industry experience to join a leading financial services client in McLean, VA.

🔹 Experience Required: 8-10 Years

✅ Required Skills:

• Strong Product Analysis / Business Analysis experience

• Mortgage domain expertise

• User Interface (UI) Design & Analysis

• IMS Database knowledge

• CICS experience

• PostgreSQL Database knowledge

• Advanced SQL skills

• Experience writing Jira stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases

• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills

• Excellent Excel and documentation skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing CICS screen flows and IMS database structures

• Map business requirements to system functionality

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate analysis and requirements

• Design UI solutions aligned with business needs in coordination with UX teams

• Analyze PostgreSQL databases and identify appropriate data requirements

• Define data retrieval logic based on business rules

• Create and manage Jira stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios

• Support development teams by clarifying requirements and approaches

• Validate test results and ensure acceptance criteria are met

• Work closely with Product Owners to achieve PI objectives

• Track cross-functional action items and drive timely closure

Strong Business Systems Analyst/Product Analyst background with Mortgage experience, SQL expertise, database analysis skills, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
