About the job
We are a stealth AI lab building production infrastructure for the publishing. We are disrupting industries worth hundreds of billions of dollars and we are doing it with a minimal budget.
Repeat founder, multiple exits, product is live. Details after an intro call.

This is not a corporate job. There are no politics here because there's nobody to politick. No standups about standups, no performance reviews, no LinkedIn-speak. If we sense that you are laughing at jokes during the interview that you dont think are funny, you will fail the interview.
We're not hiring "team players." Being relentlessly nice is what people do as insurance when their work can't speak for itself. We'd rather have someone blunt who ships than someone agreeable who stalls.
We want hardcore people. The type who keeps building through a bad week, a bad month, a day job, whatever. If you're on a mission to maximize weekend time, this will be the worst job you've ever had. Stop reading.
The role
A wide variety of analytical work, much of it AI-related:
Product and usage analytics: what's working, what's breaking, what users actually do
AI output quality analysis: model results, error patterns, cost vs. quality tradeoffs
Marketing and funnel data: newsletters, conversion, retention
Whatever the data demands. Early stage means you go where the fire is.
What we don't care about
Your degree. Your certifications. Which BI tool you've memorized. Tableau is not a personality.
What we do care about You have opinions and you defend them. You're smart, efficient, and you work hard without being watched. You have some balls (those equipped with female balls are equally welcome), meaning you're not lying awake worrying about a salary and you're not counting hours until Friday. You took this on because you want to build something, and that doesn't switch off.
Communication is the single most important thing here. You prove you're working by showing up loud: updates, questions, results, problems flagged early. Silence is how trust dies on a remote team. If you can't communicate well, post regular progress updates, and complete your hours, you'll be gone within a week. If you're unsure about any of this, don't apply.
To be clear about the bar: if you're in an ambulance on the way to the hospital, we expect a text from the ambulance saying your deliverable will be late. Coma is the only accepted excuse for radio silence. That's a joke. Mostly.
The upside
If you join and actually work hard, there's a real chance you end up rich. Not in a quarter, not in a year. Eventually, through hard work and sacrifice, the same way every meaningful equity outcome has ever happened. We've taken companies to exits before. No promises, but the people who go through the fire are the ones standing there when it pays out.
Compensation
Equity-only. 20 hours per week minimum, no exceptions. You should be financially stable enough that this is exciting rather than terrifying. If you need a salary today, don't apply. If you want real ownership early alongside a founder who's exited before, apply with a few sentences on the hardest thing you've ever built or figured out. Also, if I smell something thats written for an HR executive, we will toss out your resume. As a general rule, we dont respect HR staff. In the short term there is probably a better chance that you put money into the pool then we pay your salaries. Of course that will be rewarded by having a chunk of something epic.
