We are seeking an AI/ML Developer to join our US team, supporting a large global client. The role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI and machine learning models that drive business impact. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Python, cloud computing, and data engineering, along with the ability to create scalable and efficient AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and clustering use cases.
Implement AI-based solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Work with major cloud platforms like AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3), Azure, and Google Cloud (Vertex AI).
Fine-tune Hugging Face transformer models (BERT, GPT, etc.) for NLP tasks including text classification, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
Develop AI automation and chatbot solutions, including integrations with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Azure AI).
Utilize big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Snowflake for large-scale data processing and analytics.
Design and optimize ETL pipelines for data transformation, validation, and quality management.
Manage databases such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for performance and query optimization.
Create data visualizations and business insights using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to design AI-driven applications for conversational AI, text generation, and summarization.
Contribute to the development of Agentic AI systems, enabling intelligent, autonomous decision-making processes.
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience applying AI and ML in real-world projects.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with strong knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Expertise in data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with big data frameworks such as Spark and Snowflake.
Strong understanding of database management and data warehousing.
Exposure to NLP and LLM tools (Hugging Face, cloud AI APIs).
Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to emerging AI technologies.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in global and cross-functional teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline.
