Create the future of e-health together with us by becoming a DevOps Engineer

At CompuGroup Medical we have the mission of building ground-breaking solutions for digital healthcare. Our vision is revolutionizing how healthcare professionals produce, access, and utilize information and thus enabling them to focus on the core value of their work: patient outcomes.

Your Contribution:

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and lead root cause analysis. Ensure all infrastructure and deployments meet HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure (currently in CGM hosted datacenter, potentially looking to move to Azure/AWS type environment in future). Manage configuration, secrets, and environment pipelining across dev, staging, and production environments
  • Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity processes
  • Manage/execute maintenance window tasks, for example partnering with IT team to coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of system patches

Your Qualification:

  • Minimum 3 years of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Subversion, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus preferred
  • Experience supporting SOC 2 or HITRUST audit processes a plus

What you can expect from us:

  • Purpose: Become a part of a significant initiative. At the intersection of healthcare and digital innovation, we are shaping the future of e-health.

  • Security: We offer a secure workplace in a crisis-proof market.
  • All-round benefits package: Medical, Dental and Vision as well as 401k with employer matching. Personal Time Off to promote work life balance.
  • Work environment: Modern workplaces, flexible working hours, hybrid work options and much more.
