Founding AI Product Lead (AI Education)

We are building an AI-powered learning platform for children.

Unlike traditional e-learning applications, our goal is not simply to deliver educational content. We are building an AI tutor that can guide students through personalized learning sessions, ask adaptive questions, evaluate understanding, and help parents shape their child's learning journey.

The MVP is already functional, including payments and an early version of the AI tutor.

What makes this role different?

This is not a traditional Product Manager position.

We are not looking for someone whose primary responsibility is maintaining a backlog, writing Jira tickets, or coordinating stakeholders.

The core challenge is designing how an AI tutor should teach.

You will help answer questions such as:

• How should the AI guide a student through a lesson?
• When should it ask questions?
• How should learning checkpoints work?
• How should difficulty adapt to the student?
• How should the AI react when a student struggles?
• What creates engagement and long-term learning habits?

Your mission

During the first months, your primary responsibility will be product discovery and validation.

You will:

• Conduct interviews with parents and students
• Identify real learning challenges and unmet needs
• Validate product hypotheses
• Analyze user behavior and feedback
• Help define what the product should become
• Design and improve AI tutoring experiences
• Create and test new learning flows
• Work closely with the technical founder to prototype and validate ideas

We expect you to actively shape the product direction, not simply manage an existing roadmap.

What success looks like

Success in this role is not measured by the number of tickets completed.

Success means:

• discovering valuable user insights
• identifying product-market fit opportunities
• improving the AI tutoring experience
• increasing engagement and retention
• helping define the long-term product vision

Ideal candidate

You may be a product manager, founder, educator, researcher, AI enthusiast, or someone who has built products before.

What matters most is that you:

• are excited about AI
• understand how LLM-based products work
• enjoy talking to users and discovering problems
• can think in systems, flows, and behaviors
• are comfortable experimenting and iterating quickly
• want to build something meaningful in education

Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar AI tools is a strong plus.
