We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, infrastructure engineering, and continuous improvement. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on building scalable automation solutions, optimizing CI/CD processes, and driving engineering efficiency through workflow automation.

This is not a traditional support or operations role. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, creating reliable automation systems, and improving software delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Build production-grade automation solutions using Python, Bash, and Groovy.
• Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure automation and configuration management with Ansible.
• Automate API integrations, authentication mechanisms, data processing workflows, and deployment processes.
• Improve software delivery performance through continuous optimization of automation systems.
• Manage observability and monitoring solutions using Grafana and related tools.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code practices across multiple environments.
• Identify manual processes and transform them into scalable automated solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience, deployment reliability, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced scripting skills using Python, Bash, and Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana.
• Experience integrating APIs, handling authentication mechanisms, and automating workflow logic.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify automation opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Professional-level English communication skills.

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience modernizing or migrating legacy CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools.
• Exposure to Platform Engineering practices.
• Experience supporting large-scale distributed systems and microservices environments.
• Knowledge of security best practices within CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
