Himaya is an AI-native security company building agentic protection for the modern enterprise. Our flagship platform, Helios, delivers autonomous email and workspace security across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace -detecting, investigating, and remediating threats without human bottlenecks. We are establishing our regional hub in the GCC to serve the fast-growing Gulf enterprise and government market.
We are looking for a founding CFO / Chief Business Officer to join the founding team and build the financial and capital backbone of the company alongside our CEO, CTO, and CAIO.

*The Role

This is an equity-based role, not a salaried hire. You will own the financial strategy of the company and be instrumental in standing up our GCC presence. You will be the face of Himaya to the global and regional investment community and a key architect of how we fund and scale.

Must be based in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or Riyadh (or willing to relocate). Deep local presence is essential.

What You'll Do

• Lead fundraising across Seed, Series A, and subsequent rounds -building the narrative, the data room, and the investor pipeline, and closing capital.
• Leverage your investor and capital network in the GCC and beyond -VCs, family offices, sovereign-linked funds, angels, and strategic backers.
• Stand up our regional hub: entity structuring, banking relationships, regulatory and free-zone considerations (ADGM/DIFC/Saudi), and operational setup.
• Own financial management: bookkeeping, accounting, financial controls, cash flow, runway planning, and board-level reporting.
• Build pricing and packaging strategy: model unit economics, structure enterprise pricing, and align commercial terms with growth goals.
• Drive business strategy as a core member of the founding team -partnerships, commercial deals, and go-to-market in the region.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in fundraising -you've raised institutional capital and can point to closed rounds OR experience in investment baking or private equity.
• An active, credible network of investors and capital sources in the GCC.
• Strong financial operations background -comfortable owning the books, building models, and managing pricing.
• Entrepreneurial conviction: you want ownership and are energized by building from the ground up.
• Existing presence and relationships in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or Riyadh.
