Developer / Intern – MCP & AI Infrastructure

Reasoning.Services is an MCP-native platform putting structured friction back into AI workflows — anti-sycophancy tools, decision audit trails, sequential reasoning engines. We're pre-revenue, building in public, and launching on Product Hunt June 7, 2026.

We're looking for one developer or intern to work directly with our CTO on real infrastructure and tooling. Not a tutorial project. The actual thing.

Right now there is no salary, only equity. this will be re-evauated on a quarterly basis.

What You'll Work On:

MCP protocol tooling and integrations
AWS infrastructure (ECS, Cognito, CloudFront, DynamoDB, Lambda@Edge)
Python and TypeScript backend services
Terraform-managed infrastructure

What We Actually Care About:

What you've built when nobody was asking you to
How you react when you're wrong — curiosity, not defensiveness
Whether you understand why "AI that always agrees with you" is a problem worth solving
Whether you can read AI-generated code and know when it's lying to you

What We Don't Care About:

Where you went to school
Whether your GitHub is green every day
Polished resumes

The Deal:
0.1% equity with standard vesting. You'd be one of the first five people touching this codebase. We cover your Claude developer account — you build with what we sell.
