We are building a fast-moving property sourcing team and are looking for motivated cold callers who can help us identify sellers, uncover opportunities, and generate qualified leads.

About the Role

We are hiring cold callers to contact property owners, landlords, sellers, brokers, and potential leads to help us find properties for our clients.

You will be reaching out to people by phone, qualifying opportunities, gathering property details, and helping our team identify commercial, residential, and land acquisition opportunities.

You may also support special property search projects, including helping identify suitable land or locations for studio development and business expansion projects.

What You’ll Do

Contact property owners, sellers, landlords, brokers, and potential leads by phone.

Identify people who may be interested in selling, leasing, or discussing property opportunities.

Gather important property information, including location, condition, asking price, motivation, timeline, and ownership details.

Qualify leads and pass strong opportunities to the Blue Ocean Buyers team.

Follow scripts while also using your own judgment, confidence, and personality on calls.

Track outreach activity, call results, notes, and follow-ups.

Help source commercial, residential, and land opportunities for clients.

Support a high-volume outreach process designed to create real acquisition opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident speaking with people on the phone.

Comfortable making a high number of outbound calls.

Clear, professional, and persuasive in English.

Organized and able to track conversations carefully.

Resilient and not discouraged by rejection.

Interested in real estate, investing, acquisitions, or sales.

Fast-moving, reliable, and consistent.

Able to follow instructions while also thinking independently.

Previous cold calling, real estate, sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or virtual assistant experience is a plus, but not required if you are highly motivated and willing to learn.

Compensation

This is a contract role with performance-based earning potential.

Compensation may include hourly pay, commission, bonuses, or a combination depending on experience and performance.
