Founding Sales Associate (Remote)

We are a boutique consulting firm working with clients across North America, Europe, and Asia. Our work spans strategy, business transformation, technology consulting, renewable energy, and growth-stage businesses.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to help us expand our client base globally and build strategic relationships with founders, executives, family offices, investors, and enterprise decision-makers.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder and play a key role in shaping the firm's growth.

What You'll Do

Identify and research prospective clients across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other channels.
Build and manage outreach campaigns.
Schedule meetings with founders, CXOs, investors, and business leaders.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.
Support proposal development and client presentations.
Attend virtual networking events and industry conferences when applicable.
Help establish strategic partnerships and referral relationships.

What We're Looking For

1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, consulting, recruitment, or partnerships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
Strong research and relationship-building abilities.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus.
Prior experience selling consulting, technology, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
