Vulota is an early-stage cybersecurity startup building security solutions for startups, SMBs, enterprises, and government organizations. We are currently in the post-MVP stage with our platform, website, and core service offerings established, and are now focused on market expansion, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and long-term growth.

Our vision is to build a trusted cybersecurity company that combines security services, automation, AI-powered security capabilities, and continuous security monitoring for organizations worldwide.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven Co-Founder to join Vulota and help build the company from its current stage into a scalable cybersecurity business.

This is not a traditional job. We are seeking someone who wants to help shape strategy, drive growth, build relationships, acquire customers, and contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Depending on your strengths and contribution, you may take ownership of leadership functions such as Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Partnerships, Product Strategy, or Technology.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute growth strategies
Generate and convert leads into customers
Build strategic partnerships and business relationships
Support customer acquisition and revenue growth
Help define company direction and long-term strategy
Assist with hiring, team building, and operational processes
Identify new market opportunities
Contribute to product and service positioning
Support expansion into startup, enterprise, and public-sector markets

You do not need to be a hands-on cybersecurity expert, but you should understand the cybersecurity industry and be comfortable engaging with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Compensation
Equity-based role (no salary initially)
Equity allocation based on experience, contribution, and long-term commitment
Typical equity range: up to 5–8%
Vesting structure to be discussed with selected candidates
Future salary and additional compensation may be introduced as the company grows and generates revenue
