We're building an SMB deal intelligence platform that helps buyers intelligently source, evaluate, and diligence acquisition opportunities faster — saving time, improving decision quality, and enabling them to move with confidence.

We're looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join the founding team and help build both the product and the company from the ground up.

This is a founder-level role for someone excited about ownership, long-term value creation, and building a category-defining company from day one.

The Opportunity

As Technical Co-Founder, you'll work directly with the founding team to define product strategy, lead technical execution, and help shape company direction.

You'll be involved in:

Product architecture and technical strategy
Building and scaling the core platform
AI, automation, and data-driven product development
Technical hiring and team building
Product roadmap planning and prioritization
Customer discovery and user feedback
Startup strategy, fundraising, and company building
Defining engineering culture and best practices

What We're Looking For

Strong full-stack engineering experience
Experience building and shipping products from idea to production
Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
Strong product intuition and customer empathy
Interest in AI, automation, SaaS, and data products
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate in ambiguity
Desire to build a company, not just write code

Experience building and shipping products is more important than years of experience.
Previous startup, founder, or founding employee experience is a plus.

Compensation

This is a founder-level opportunity with compensation primarily structured through meaningful equity ownership. Cash compensation is expected to evolve as the company grows and secures additional funding.
