Content & Community Manager

The Role
We're looking for a hands-on community and content operator to own our presence across Instagram, X, Discord, and Reddit from the ground up. This isn't a strategy role — it's a building role. You'll be executing daily, reporting weekly, and measured on real numbers.
What You'll Own

Daily content across Instagram and X (Reels, posts, threads)
Discord and Reddit community growth and engagement
Waitlist growth — you are directly accountable for signups from your channels
Weekly reporting: what was posted, what performed, what's next
Content calendar submitted 1 week ahead for approval

You're a Fit If

You've grown a community or social following from scratch in gaming, DFS, fantasy sports, or fintech
You write in a distinct voice and adapt it across platforms natively
You understand the stock market and fantasy sports enough to hold a real conversation in either community
You're comfortable being measured on output and outcomes, not just activity
You can operate independently with minimal hand-holding

Performance Bonus Structure on top of compensation

Reporting
Weekly async report (Notion or Loom), bi-weekly 30-min sync, monthly scorecard review.
