Graphic Design Intern

About the internship
The/Nudge Foundation is a social impact organization founded in 2015, focused on enabling sustainable livelihood opportunities across India. It supports scalable solutions by backing over 200 social entrepreneurs and has impacted more than 100 million lives. The organization is now launching an impact-first early-stage fund aimed at supporting startups that drive livelihood creation at scale.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design pitch decks, reports, and presentations with a focus on clarity and structure
2. Create visual assets for web, social media, and communication materials
3. Build and refine visual language including typography, layouts, and design systems
4. Develop clean and minimal layouts that balance functionality and aesthetics
5. Translate rough ideas and content into structured visual outputs
6. Design long-form content such as reports and presentations aligned with brand and business goals
7. Iterate designs based on feedback while maintaining consistency and quality

Other requirements

1. Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
2. Comfort with tools like Figma and Adobe suite
3. Ability to simplify designs without overcomplicating
4. Good aesthetic sense with a modern and minimal approach
5. Attention to detail and willingness to refine work
6. Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and not just visuals
7. Experience with motion graphics or basic animations
8. Interest in storytelling through design
