Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the founding technical team and help bring the MVP into launch readiness.

You will work directly with:

Executive Pod
AI & Backend Infrastructure
UX / Experience Pod
Security & Compliance collaborators

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up, solving complex product problems, and contributing to mission-driven infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities
Frontend Development
Build and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using React / Next.js
Implement onboarding, creator dashboards, member flows, education systems, and trust/safety interfaces

Collaborate closely with UX on platform integrations and flow consistency
Ensure accessibility and responsive behavior across devices
Integrate APIs and real-time functionality into frontend experiences

Backend Development
Build and maintain APIs using Django + Django REST Framework
Support authentication systems, permissions, onboarding logic, and dashboard infrastructure
Work with PostgreSQL databases and optimize backend performance
Integrate Stripe payment systems and creator monetization workflows
Support SSE/real-time infrastructure through Redis and Channels
Infrastructure & Systems

Assist with deployment workflows and environment management
Work within Docker-based development environments
Help improve platform scalability and security practices
Maintain clean architecture and modular systems
Collaboration

Participate in technical planning and architecture discussions
Coordinate with AI, UX, Security, and Executive teams
Document systems and development progress clearly
Contribute to MVP launch priorities and stabilization
