Job Title - Media Trafficking Specialist
Location: Memphis,TN
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM cst Monday- Friday
Contract Length: 6 months
Media Trafficking Specialist Role Summary The Media Trafficking Specialist is responsible for the accurate setup, trafficking, and launch of creative assets across TV media campaigns. This role ensures that creative files, tracking elements, language designations, and destination URLs are implemented correctly to support on time launches and effective performance. The Specialist serves as a critical operational checkpoint, partnering closely with Creative, Media Planning, Ad Operations, Analytics, and external vendors to ensure executional accuracy and readiness.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Traffic and manage creative assets for TV campaigns in alignment with approved media plans, flight dates, and rotation strategies.
• Coordinate creative delivery through third party trafficking platforms (e.g., Extreme Reach).
• Verify correct language designation (e.g., English vs. Spanish), creative rotation status, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure creative assets are linked to accurate landing pages, phone numbers, and tracking destinations to support proper attribution and reporting.
Quality Assurance & Accuracy
• Conduct comprehensive pre launch quality assurance checks, including: o Creative version and language accuracy o Ad ID / ISCI validation o Landing page and URL verification o Confirmation of rotation, flight dates, and network or platform placement
• Maintain accurate and up to date trafficking grids, asset mapping documents, and shared launch readiness trackers.
• Identify discrepancies proactively and escalate issues that may impact launch timing, delivery, or campaign performance.
Cross Functional Coordination
• Serve as the operational liaison between Creative, Production, Media Planning, Analytics, Ad Operations, and external vendors.
• Proactively confirm readiness across all teams prior to launch, ensuring requirements are met without reliance on assumptions or incomplete handoffs.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and required actions clearly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all creative assets and documentation are properly logged and shared within required internal systems to support downstream execution.
Post Launch Support
• Monitor campaign launches to confirm creative assets are live and functioning as expected.
• Support Ad Operations and Media teams in resolving discrepancies or making post launch corrections when necessary.
• Assist with reconciliation efforts and update documentation to reflect accurate live and in market status.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years experience
Strong attention to detail with accountability for end to end campaign execution.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively across multiple internal teams and external vendors.
• Comfort operating in fast paced, performance driven media environments with tight deadlines.
