Kokoro Living is building a new type of lifestyle real estate platform focused on unique homes and hospitality-driven living experiences across Japan and Italy.
We source, renovate, design, and operate distinctive properties in culturally rich destinations — from the Japanese countryside and alpine towns to Tuscany, Lake Como, Sicily, and other iconic Mediterranean regions.
Our audience is international: people looking not only for investment opportunities, but also for a more emotional and lifestyle-driven connection to travel, design, culture, and slow living.
We are now looking for global ambassadors and business development partners who can help introduce Kokoro Living to potential buyers, investors, and aligned communities internationally.

The Role
This is not a traditional sales role.
We are looking for well-connected, entrepreneurial, internationally minded people who naturally interact with globally mobile, lifestyle-oriented, or affluent communities.
This could include:
International school parents
Boutique real estate professionals
Luxury travel advisors
Relocation consultants
Hospitality professionals
Entrepreneurs
Community builders
Content creators
Expats with strong local networks
Professionals with access to HNW/UHNW circles
Globally connected students or young professionals
The role is flexible and can be done remotely from anywhere.

What You Would Do
Introduce Kokoro Living to potential buyers or investors
Help build local relationships and strategic partnerships
Connect us with aligned communities and networks
Generate qualified leads and opportunities
Help expand awareness of the brand internationally
Occasionally support local events, introductions, or collaborations
There is no hard selling involved.
The focus is trust, relationships, lifestyle alignment, and long-term network building.

Ideal Profile
