AMR Electronics Engineer w/ Shop and Hands On Capabilities with CAD, 3d Printing, and CNC

I am starting a Robotics company that is focusing on Semi Autonomous Mobile Rover bots / Material Handlers which will also be able to handle specific jobs that are found mainly on the finishing end of the Construction Project Timeline.
Means of control would mainly be Follow Along and Remote Controlled Bots. I will be focusing on the Construction industry with Trade and Task specific Working Bots that are going to start to do a significant percentage of the work. I have worked for 35 years in the Tile and Stone Installation Trade and I have owned my own Tile and General Contracting Companies. So I know the Pain Points. I've got the bad knees and back to prove it.
I am looking for someone to work on site ( I currently have a couple of spaces at Circuit Launch in Mountain View). And mainly to help put together the pieces and to do the coding.
The person would have to be hands on and committed to onsite work and 40 plus hours per week.
I am looking for individuals who have worked on Electric Car drive motor wheels and sensor stacks as well as having experience with Autonomous Mobile Robots or Cobots.
Starting simple at first and then developing more sophisticated products on top of a Base Model.
I have some initial psuedo prototypes completed but I am now ready to transition from prototypes to starting to put together the final Version 1 and hopefully be on a shelf or a website within 3-4 months
