About the Role
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to work directly with our Founder. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role that combines professional coordination with personal support. The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, and comfortable handling a wide range of tasks including those that fall outside a conventional job description.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the founder's schedule, meetings, travel, and day-to-day priorities
• Handle personal tasks and errands on behalf of the founder, including coordination across cities when required
• Follow up with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality across all professional and personal matters

Preferred candidate profile

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and self-directed able to operate with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Based in Bengaluru and available to work US hours from our HSR Layout office
