Head of People

Cleverstreet is building the future of entertainment, AI filmmaking, and venture creation.

We are looking for a Head of People who can help us build the culture, talent engine, and operating structure behind a fast-moving creative technology company.

This is not a traditional HR role.

This is a builder role.

We need someone who understands people, talent, culture, accountability, hiring, communication, and company-building. Someone who can help us find high-performing people, keep the team aligned, and create the kind of environment where ambitious people can do the best work of their lives.

What You’ll Do

You will help Cleverstreet build and scale its people operations from the ground up.

You will work closely with leadership to recruit, evaluate, onboard, and support talent across creative, technical, production, sales, and operations roles.

You will help shape the culture of a company that is moving fast, building original IP, developing AI-powered filmmaking technology, and creating new opportunities across entertainment and technology.

You will also help establish standards for communication, performance, accountability, and team growth.

Responsibilities

Recruit and evaluate candidates across creative, technical, sales, and operational roles.

Help design onboarding systems for new team members.

Build processes for team communication, expectations, accountability, and performance.

Support leadership in identifying strong talent and removing poor fits quickly.

Help create a culture built around execution, ownership, creativity, resilience, and professionalism.

Manage people-related workflows as the company grows.

Help Cleverstreet become a place where serious builders, artists, engineers, and operators want to work.

Interest in entertainment, AI, filmmaking, startups, or creative technology.
