AI Data Trainer & Model Evaluator

We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented individuals to train, evaluate, and optimize next-generation AI models and autonomous agents. In this role, you will not be writing code. Instead, you will act as the human intelligence guiding the AI, analyzing its reasoning, correcting its mistakes, and grading its performance.

Compensation: > This is a fully funded, hourly contractor position. The starting pay rate is $40/hr, with the potential to scale up to $80/hr based on experience and model evaluation accuracy.
