About the job

CRM & HubSpot Integration Specialist
Revenue Optics | India (Remote) | Full-Time | Mid-Senior (3–6 Years) Reporting to: Senior Manager, AI Products & Solutions | Overlap Required: 5 hrs US EST

About Revenue Optics
Revenue Optics is a commercial transformation firm built for PE-backed B2B distributors and industrials companies. We operate across three business lines: Sales Transformation Consulting, Sales Recruiting, and AI Solutions. Our clients are private equity-backed companies where inside sales is either nonexistent or underperforming — and our mandate is to build it into a growth engine.
We are sub-one-year old, scaling fast, and building the operating infrastructure to support 10x growth. HubSpot, Salesforce, and NetSuite are core layers of that infrastructure — both for our own business development and as the standard CRM platforms we deploy inside client engagements.

Why This Role Exists
Revenue Optics recently became a HubSpot Solutions Partner and works across Salesforce and NetSuite environments for clients at various stages of CRM maturity. We need someone who can own the technical build, configuration, and ongoing administration of CRM platforms across two tracks:
Internal: Configure and manage Revenue Optics' own HubSpot instance for pipeline management, marketing automation, and partner program operations
Client-Facing: Deploy, customize, and operationalize CRM environments (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite) inside client engagements as part of consulting mandates
This is not a support role. It is a build role. The person in this seat will be creating infrastructure that gets used across every engagement Revenue Optics runs.

What You Will Own
HubSpot Administration (Internal & Client)
Configure and maintain Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Professional for Revenue Optics
Build and optimize pipeline stages, contact and company properties, and deal workflows
Create and manage email sequences for outbound prospecting and partner communications
Build manager-level dashboards and reporting views
Manage contact database hygiene, list segmentation, and lead scoring
Connect HubSpot to third-party tools including LinkedIn, Zapier, Apollo, or equivalent
Own HubSpot partner program tracking: deal registrations, commission reporting, and tier progress
Deploy the Revenue Optics distribution CRM template inside client HubSpot instances
Customize pipeline stages, contact properties, and sequence templates to each client's territory structure and account tiers
Train client-side admins and inside sales reps on HubSpot workflows during onboarding
Salesforce & NetSuite Configuration (Client Engagements)
Audit existing client CRM environments (Salesforce Sales Cloud or NetSuite CRM) and deliver prioritized configuration roadmaps
Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and automation flows tailored to each client's sales motion
Design and roll out lead, account, contact, and opportunity data models that match how the business actually sells
Define and configure pipeline stages, stage exit criteria, forecast category mapping, and probability weighting
Set up account lifecycle rules — creation, enrichment, ownership assignment, deduplication, and ongoing data hygiene
Build follow-up cadences, task automation, and next-best-action prompts
Reporting, Dashboards & Forecasting
Build executive, manager, and rep-level dashboards covering pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win/loss, sales velocity, activity metrics, and quota attainment
Design forecast reports and roll-ups that sales leadership can trust for weekly pipeline reviews and board reporting
Create custom report types and calculated fields surfacing role-specific metrics
Continuously refine reporting based on actual usage — eliminate what nobody reads
Integrations & Automation Build
Integrate CRM platforms with collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams), email, telephony, marketing automation, e-signature, and ERP systems
Build HubSpot workflows that automate account re-engagement triggers, task creation, and rep notifications
Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) into HubSpot workflows for sequence personalization and contact enrichment
Connect HubSpot to ERP data sources (P21, Eclipse, or equivalent) via middleware for account intelligence sync
Manage data flows between Salesforce/NetSuite and adjacent systems — ensuring clean handoffs across marketing, sales, and finance
SOPs, Enablement & Governance
Author clear, role-specific SOPs for how sales reps, SDRs, account managers, and sales leaders use the CRM day-to-day
Create user guides, quick-reference cards, and onboarding checklists for new joiners
Run live training sessions and adoption clinics to drive consistent usage across client sales teams
Maintain a CRM governance model: change requests, release management, sandbox vs. production discipline, and access controls
Document all configuration decisions, field dictionaries, automation logic, and integration maps for handoff and long-term support

What We Need From You
Non-Negotiable Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on CRM configuration experience across HubSpot, Salesforce, or NetSuite — not just usage
HubSpot Sales Hub Professional certification (current, not expired)
Demonstrated experience building custom properties, pipeline architectures, and sequence libraries in HubSpot
Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or NetSuite CRM configuration experience (5+ years preferred for Salesforce/NetSuite track)
Experience connecting CRM platforms to third-party systems via native integrations or middleware (Zapier, Make, or equivalent)
Track record of writing SOPs and training non-technical sales users
Strong written English at a professional standard — you will interface with PE-caliber clients and US-based leadership
Ability to work at least 5 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time
High accountability orientation — you own your deliverables end to end and do not wait to be chased
Strong Differentiators
Experience in a consulting, agency, or managed services environment where you configured CRM for multiple clients
HubSpot Marketing Hub or Operations Hub certifications
Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification
NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or Administrator certification
Experience building AI-assisted workflows or prompt-based automations inside CRM platforms
Background supporting B2B sales teams, not B2C or e-commerce
Familiarity with ERP systems used in industrial distribution (P21, Eclipse, Epicor)
Exposure to data tools (Apex/SOQL, SuiteScript, SQL) for advanced customization
Experience with CPQ, revenue/billing modules, or partner/channel sales modules

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months
Revenue Optics' own HubSpot instance is fully configured, optimized, and running clean across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
At least two client CRM deployments completed — with customized pipelines, dashboards, and SOPs signed off by client leadership
A complete SOP and enablement library published, with measurable improvement in CRM adoption and data quality across client teams
At least one high-impact automation live in production (AI-assisted sequencing, ERP sync, or deal alert integration)
Dashboard suite powering weekly pipeline reviews and monthly forecast calls for both internal and client use

What You Are Signing Up For
Revenue Optics is not a large company with defined processes and a playbook handed to you on day one. You will be building infrastructure that does not exist yet, for a firm that is scaling fast.
The people you work with are operator-credentialed and move quickly. They expect the same from you. If you are looking for a stable execution role inside an established system, this is not the right fit. If you want to own something real, build something that gets used at scale, and grow fast inside a firm on a trajectory to $25M+, this is exactly the right seat.

How to Apply
Send your CV to [[email protected]] along with a brief note describing one CRM transformation project you led — the sales problem you were solving and the measurable outcome. Examples of dashboards, SOPs, or process designs you have built are highly encouraged.
