ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a versatile AI Developer with strong expertise in building AI agents, intelligent automation systems, and LLM-powered applications. You will architect, develop, and deploy autonomous and semi-autonomous AI solutions that streamline business operations, enhance decision-making, and create new product capabilities across our ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect and build AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AgnoAI, or custom multi-agent systems.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions — from prompt engineering and model selection to deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, open-source models) with external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems via function calling and tool use.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or pgvector.
• Develop intelligent automation workflows using platforms like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom orchestration engines.
• Create data ingestion and processing pipelines, including web scraping, document parsing (PDF, DOCX), and structured/unstructured data extraction.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and select AI models and tools based on performance, cost, latency, and accuracy trade-offs.
• Deploy and manage AI services on cloud platforms (AWS) using containerized and serverless architectures.
• Implement observability, logging, and evaluation frameworks to monitor agent behavior and continuously improve performance.
• Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape — proactively evaluate new models, frameworks, and agentic design patterns.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in software development with at least 1+ year focused on AI/ML applications or LLM-powered systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python; working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic workflows in production environments.
• Proficiency with at least one AI agent framework: LangChain, LangGraph, AgnoAI, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, function calling, tool use, and agentic design patterns.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source model serving) and embedding models.
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architecture patterns.
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience fine-tuning or deploying open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Kimi, etc.) using frameworks like vLLM, Ollama, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration, task decomposition, and autonomous planning systems.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS ECS, Lambda, EC2, SageMaker) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or Temporal.
• Background in building conversational AI, chatbot platforms, or voice AI systems.
• Experience with computer vision, NLP, or other specialized ML domains.
• Understanding of AI safety, evaluation methodologies, and responsible AI practices.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published work in applied AI.
