  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including design, product, development, and Sr. leadership to ensure seamless product development and successful delivery.
  • Backlog Management: Support sprint planning and grooming to aid in prioritizing features, enhancements, and technical debt, and help maintain a clear and well-structured product backlog.
  • Development Coordination: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, clarify requirements, and remove roadblocks to execution. Support any documentation needs regarding releases and bugs.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential technical and business risks, suggest mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Project Delivery: Support the delivery of assigned projects including working through bugs, suggesting workarounds, and providing impact assessment for any major roadblocks.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience. Some barriers to entry exist at this level, requiring department review.

Desired Skills:

  • Project Management: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to align product and engineering teams to drive project success.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization tools.
