Senior AI Creative Strategist

Lead the visual direction and execution of cinematic GenAI projects across films, campaigns, and branded storytelling.

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end GenAI filmmaking workflows
• Direct visual language and cinematic quality
• Ensure shot continuity and narrative cohesion
• Mentor junior AI artists and creators
• Work closely with creative strategy and storytelling teams
• Optimize visual generation workflows

Requirements
• Strong cinematic storytelling instincts
• Advanced experience with GenAI image/video tools
• Deep understanding of composition, pacing, lighting, and visual language
• Experience in filmmaking, VFX, advertising, or creative direction, Adobe Software
• Strong iteration and creative decision-making ability and maintain consistency across all shots
