About the Role
As our portfolio grows, the challenge is no longer ideas or ambition — it’s scaling execution across multiple ventures, teams, and initiatives at the same time. The Senior Operations Manager exists to:

• run and strengthen day-to-day operations across the venture builder
• manage multiple projects and programs in parallel, without losing control
• help ventures scale without breaking
• coach teams and leaders to operate with clarity, discipline, and confidence
• ensure people, processes, and cadence are ready for growth

This role is not about replacing founders or leadership. It’s about being a force multiplier for them.

Responsibilities
You are a hands-on senior operator and program manager, not a distant strategist. You will:

• Run and continuously improve operational execution across ventures
• Own multi-project and program execution across the portfolio
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, and timelines across teams and ventures
• Partner closely with the COO and Venture Leads to support scale-up readiness
• Work directly with teams to remove friction and unblock execution
• Design and run operational cadence across multiple parallel initiatives
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team setup across ventures
• Coach and mentor operators, squad leaders, and emerging managers
• Raise the bar for execution quality — calmly, constructively, and consistently
• Work closely with growth and product teams to ensure:
• experiments ship reliably
• learning is captured and reused
• product and growth operations scale together

You lead through structure, clarity, and presence, not hierarchy.

Qualifications
We’re looking for a senior operator with real scale-up and program management experience — someone who can hold a lot of moving parts without dropping execution quality. You are someone who has:

• run operations inside startups and scale-ups
• managed multiple projects and programs in parallel, across teams and priorities
• built and maintained execution plans, timelines, and dependency maps
• partnered closely with product and growth teams in execution-heavy environments
• supported or owned growth and product operations (experimentation, cadence, learning loops)
• worked across multiple ventures or portfolios
• been accountable for delivery, execution, and people outcomes
• seen what breaks as companies grow — and helped fix it

You are:

• highly structured and execution-driven
• strong at prioritization and tradeoff decisions
• calm under complexity and pressure
• comfortable coordinating across many stakeholders
• confident, but humble — you don’t need the spotlight to have impact
