Front End Developer (React + AI-Assisted Product Development)

We work with leading FMCG brands to manage the movement, tracking, activation and visibility of marketing-at-retail assets across complex supply networks. Our platform combines logistics visibility, operational accountability and real-time collaboration into one connected ecosystem.

We are now expanding our product capability and are looking for a Front End Developer who can help accelerate high-quality feature delivery across the platform.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly capable Front End Developer with strong React experience and a passion for creating intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

This role will focus on developing new platform functionality, including projects such as the ouvar Project Planner, while working closely with our Process Automation Analyst and development team to ensure features are delivered efficiently, accurately and with strong UX outcomes.

You’ll be someone who embraces modern AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude and similar AI agents) to improve productivity, speed and solution quality — while still maintaining strong engineering judgement and attention to detail.

This is not a “just write code” role. We want someone who adds value to the team through initiative, problem solving, UX thinking and collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Build and enhance front-end functionality using React
• Collaborate with the Process Automation Analyst to translate operational workflows into scalable platform functionality
• Work closely with the dev team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Develop intuitive, efficient and user-friendly experiences for operational users
• Use AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude) to accelerate product development and improve workflow efficiency
• Contribute ideas that improve UX, usability and platform performance
• Participate in feature planning, testing and refinement
• Help maintain high standards of code quality, consistency and performance

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Strong commercial experience with React
• Experience building modern, responsive web applications
• Strong UX/UI instincts and attention to user experience
• Experience working collaboratively within a development team
• Ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into practical product functionality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or similar AI agents to assist development workflows

Highly Regarded

• Experience with Vite, React Router, TanStack Query and Axios
• Experience working with Node.js / Express environments
• Familiarity with agile or fast-moving product environments
• Experience working on SaaS or logistics/operations platforms
• Understanding of workflow automation or operational systems
