Full Stack Developer Intern

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer Intern with hands-on experience in modern web technologies to join our development team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to build impactful digital products in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

As a full stack intern, you will work closely with designers, frontend developers, and backend engineers to develop scalable web applications and internal platforms. You will also be part of the company Slack workspace, where development discussions, project coordination, and team collaboration take place.

Success in this position looks like consistently delivering clean, efficient, and scalable code, actively participating in technical discussions, meeting project deadlines, and taking initiative to improve both the user experience and system architecture.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
2. Collaborate with designers and developers to build responsive, scalable, and high-performance applications
3. Build reusable frontend components and efficient backend APIs
4. Design and manage database structures and integrations for scalable applications
5. Debug, test, and resolve technical issues across both frontend and backend systems
6. Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, security, and scalability
7. Participate in regular code reviews, stand-ups, and development discussions through the company Slack workspace
8. Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
2. Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles
3. Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and REST APIs
4. Familiarity with database management and API integration
5. Experience with Git and version control workflows
6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
7. Good communication and collaboration skills
8. Open to college students and recent graduates

Bonus (Not required but nice to have):

1. Experience with Prisma, Docker, or headless CMS platforms
2. Familiarity with authentication systems and cloud deployment platforms
3. A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing full stack projects
