The Role

We're looking for a creative Video Editor Intern to own Headel's visual story across Instagram Reels and YouTube. We want someone who brings ideas, experiments boldly, and grows fast alongside us.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form Reels and long-form YouTube videos that educate, inspire, and convert
• Work with the founding team to shape Headel's content style and brand voice
• Stay on top of trending formats and editing styles, and bring them to the table before we ask
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback

Who You Are

• 0–1 year of experience in video editing (freelance, college projects, or personal content counts)
• Comfortable with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Passionate about content, you watch Reels to understand why they work, not just for fun
• Fast learner who doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Has a developing eye for pacing, transitions, captions, and storytelling

Nice to Have

• Content created for D2C brands or e-commerce
• Basic motion graphics or thumbnail design skills
• Your own Instagram/YouTube channel (show us your work!)
