Lens is building credibility infrastructure for the information economy — an AI-powered Media Objectivity Score (IQS) that makes influence visible, measurable, and auditable. Backed by $80K pre-seed and seeking a $3M seed round, we are a lean, mission-driven team building the Bloomberg Terminal for information .
The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives across the entire product surface. At this stage, speed and ownership matter. You will move between frontend interfaces, backend APIs, and database logic as priorities demand — shipping end-to-end features independently, unblocking teammates, and helping build the technical foundation of a category-defining product.
What You'll Do
Ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and database layers
Build and maintain Next.js pages, React components, and REST API routes
Design and query SQL databases in support of new product features
Collaborate with the ML team to surface IQS scoring results in user interfaces
Contribute to the COO dashboard and internal operational tooling
Debug cross-stack issues and provide leverage wherever the team needs it most
Own features from scoping through deployment and monitoring
What We're Looking For
3+ years of full stack development experience
Proficiency in TypeScript, React / Next.js, and a backend runtime (Node.js preferred)
Comfort writing and debugging SQL queries
Strong product instincts — ability to make UI/UX decisions without constant design hand-holding
Ability to context-switch across the stack without losing velocity
Strong written communication and async-first work habits
Nice to Have
Experience at an early-stage startup (seed or Series A)
Familiarity with LLM API integration and prompt engineering
Experience with Chrome Extension or mobile web development
