Cleverstreet is building at the intersection of AI filmmaking, entertainment, software, and distribution.

We are developing a new generation of tools and platforms designed to help creators, studios, and production companies bring cinematic stories to life faster, smarter, and at a global scale.

Now that our technology and creative pipeline are moving quickly, we are looking for a Fundraising Consultant who can help us structure, refine, and execute our capital-raising strategy.

This is not a traditional fundraising role.

We need someone who understands early-stage companies, entertainment, technology, investor outreach, venture strategy, and how to position a fast-moving company with a big vision.

What You’ll Help With

You will work directly with the founder to support fundraising efforts across Cleverstreet and its related initiatives.

Responsibilities may include:

Helping refine our investor narrative, pitch, and positioning
Reviewing and improving investor materials
Identifying relevant angels, funds, family offices, strategic investors, and entertainment-focused capital sources
Supporting outreach strategy and investor pipeline development
Advising on fundraising structure, timing, and messaging
Helping prepare for investor calls, follow-ups, and due diligence
Creating a repeatable process for capital conversations
Helping communicate the scale of the opportunity clearly and professionally
Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who has experience with one or more of the following:

Startup fundraising
Venture capital
Angel investor outreach
Entertainment financing
Film/TV financing
Strategic partnerships
Investor relations
Pitch deck review and capital strategy

You do not need to be a traditional investment banker.

But you do need to understand how investors think, what they look for, and how to help a company present itself in a clear, credible, and compelling way.

Compensation

This is a contract or fractional consulting role.

Compensation can be structured based on experience, scope, and involvement. We are open to discussing a combination of consulting compensation, performance-based incentives, or long-term upside depending on the candidate and fit.
