Co-founder - Technical

What you will own
Everything technical. This is not a build-to-spec role. You design the architecture, make every engineering decision, ship the product, and build the team.

What you must have

• Hands-on FHIR R4 experience. Built or integrated a FHIR server in production
• Shipped a mobile app to both iOS and Android app stores
• Built a secure backend handling genuinely sensitive data
• Designed multi-service backend architecture from scratch
• 6-12 years engineering experience, at least some in healthtech or regulated data

Strongly preferred

• HL7 v2 experience for legacy hospital system integration
• SMART on FHIR implementation
• HIPAA-eligible AWS configuration
• Prior early-stage startup or co-founder experience
• React Native specifically
