Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst who would be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to help organizations make informed business decisions. This role involves identifying trends, generating reports, and providing insights that improve operational efficiency and strategic planning for progress of the School.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for management
• Monitor data accuracy and maintain database integrity
• Use analytical tools and software to interpret business performance metrics
• Collaborate with departments to support data-driven decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on findings
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in data analysis or reporting is an advantage
