Job Description

We are urgently hiring a Level 1 Network Support Engineer for a 3 to 6 months contract. The position is available immediately, and the selected candidate should be ready to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

The L1 Network Support Engineer Will Be Responsible For

• Providing first-level technical support for network-related issues.
• Assisting with network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Coordinating with senior engineers and clients for issue resolution.
• Ensuring timely documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Must be physically present in Saudi Arabia.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (CCNA preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to join immediately.
